Our story

Forty years in water.

One family, one conviction, and four decades of building warm water to a single standard - from a single showroom floor to global manufacturing.

The founding, 1986

It began with one idea.

In 1986, Troy Labelle set out with a single conviction: that warm water is really about giving families a place to be together. There was no grand plan for three continents - just one hot tub, one showroom floor, and a refusal to build to any standard but the highest.

Four decades

How one showroom floor became a company on three continents.

1986The beginning

A single hot tub, and a standard

Founded in Canada by Troy Labelle. From the first spa, the rule was set: design for the family who will live with it, and build it to survive a Canadian winter.

The 1990sEarning the shelf

Trusted by the names people already knew

As the range grew across hot tubs, swim spas and saunas, national retailers began to stock the brand - a reputation built on product that lasts and service that answers.

The 2000sGoing global

Manufacturing across three continents

Manufacturing expanded across North America, Asia and Europe, and regional teams took root - one brand, supported locally, with stock and service kept close to the customer.

TodayThe next generation

Forty years, and still a family company

Four decades on, the founder's grandchildren are in the water with him - and the standard has not moved. What has changed is the reach.

The engineering

Water care, re-engineered.

Cold-climate shells, covers and controls - and proprietary Glacier AO₃P water care that combines ozone and UV-C to keep water clear with up to 80% less chemistry.

Where we came from

Raised by the Canadian winter.

You cannot fake being built for the cold. Our engineering was shaped by the place it was born — where a spa has to hold its warmth through a genuine −40°C February, or it simply doesn't belong.

Our mission

Forty years have changed almost everything about how we build - and nothing about why.

The same standard, the same family, the same conviction that the best thing we make is the time people spend together.
